Victor Vale Commercial Services Scotland Ltd (Company No. SC764614), owner of all Signacula products, is the controller for information collected through these public websites, account enquiries and direct registrations. A subscribing organisation controls most personal information entered into its Signacula workspace.
We may process contact and account details, building and service records, communications, uploaded evidence, device and security logs, billing metadata and preferences supplied by you or your organisation.
We use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, route requests, maintain audit records, communicate service information, process subscriptions, support customers, improve reliability and meet legal obligations. Our legal bases may include contract, legitimate interests, consent and legal obligation.
Information is shared only with authorised workspace users and service providers needed for hosting, email, payments, monitoring and support. We retain it for as long as the account or applicable record is required, then delete or anonymise it under our retention procedures.
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to certain processing, subject to applicable law. Workspace data requests should first be directed to the organisation managing that workspace.

These terms form an agreement with Victor Vale Commercial Services Scotland Ltd (Company No. SC764614) and govern access to Signacula’s public websites and, together with the selected order or trial terms, use of Signacula Residential and Signacula Business. By creating or using an account, you confirm that you have authority to act for the relevant organisation.
You must provide accurate information, protect credentials, use appropriate permissions and promptly report suspected misuse. You must not probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer or use the service unlawfully, or upload material you do not have permission to process.
Your organisation is responsible for its users, building records, notices, operational decisions, lawful instructions and the accuracy of content entered into the service. Signacula supports workflows and records; it does not replace professional, legal, safety or emergency judgement.
Features and usage limits follow the selected plan. Paid subscriptions renew according to the order terms unless cancelled. Trials may be limited or withdrawn. Maintenance, security events and third-party failures may occasionally affect availability.
You retain rights in content supplied by your organisation and grant Signacula the limited rights needed to operate and secure the service. Signacula’s software, branding and site content remain protected intellectual property. Access may be suspended for security, non-payment or material breach. Export and deletion are handled under the applicable plan and retention policy.
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Other liability is limited as set out in the applicable subscription or order agreement. These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
